Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate supports the flow of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility. A significant portion of this role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing outbound orders, often serving as the final checkpoint to ensure product quality and order accuracy before shipment. This position also supports green coffee receiving and staging operations.Pay Rate is $19.25/hour.Stonewall Kitchen is an EEO Employer.RequirementsAccurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality and correctnessServe as a final quality checkpoint to identify and prevent errors before orders leave the facilityReceive, inspect, and unload inbound materials, including green coffee beans and packaging suppliesVerify lot numbers and maintain traceability throughout all warehouse processesLoad green coffee beans into bulk containers to support roasting operationsPerform truck inspections to ensure compliance with company standardsMove and stage materials internally to support production and maintain workflow efficiencyAccurately assist with cycle counts and inventory controlLabel, store, restack, and rework inventory as neededOperate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safelyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse throughout the shiftExpectationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMaintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliabilityExperience operating forklifts and electric/manual pallet jacks desiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shiftAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements (bending, reaching, twisting, etc.)Ability to push or pull heavy loads with assistance when neededComfortable climbing ladders and operating warehouse equipmentBasic math and reading skills requiredBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar systems)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityFollow SQF, GMP, and all VCC safety and operational proceduresThe Middlebury facility is sensory sensitive, and does not allow any fragrance to be worn by employees while at work, nor are we able to hire individuals who smoke.Stonewall Kitchen participates in E-Verify, the federal program for electronic verification of employment eligibility.
