Job Description International Quality Homecare Corporation is seeking an RN to provide Homecare Nursing Services to clients in Winona, MN and surrounding area.ResponsibilitiesProvides direct nursing care and treatments following the client's care plan. Provides services in a timely and reliable manner. Offers flexibility in working around client schedules where applicable.Demonstrates ability to assess client needs while educating clients and their families regarding pertinent health information.Functions as a patient advocate by prompting patients' rights, privacy, and confidentiality.Follows all safety guidelines and universal precautions while performing nursing duties. Reports all accidents appropriately and promptly. Initiates appropriate preventive/rehabilitative procedures.
