Executive Assistant
Location: Austin, TX (remote to start; transitioning to hybrid) Reports to: Vice President / General Manager About Neutonic Neutonic is a high-growth, early-stage company (22 employees) operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on innovation and scale. This role will play a critical part in supporting leadership and enabling operational efficiency as the business continues to grow. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Vice President / General Manager. This individual will act as a true right hand managing day-to-day operations, streamlining communication across a globally distributed team, and ensuring priorities are executed efficiently. CPG Experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple time zones (US & UK), ensuring alignment on priorities Coordinate meetings, stakeholders, and follow-ups across a cross-functional team Oversee travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and itineraries Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and support key business initiatives Act as a proactive partner to leadership, anticipating needs and driving execution Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working across time zones and with distributed/global teams Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership High level of discretion and ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
