This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Salary$105,000 $130,000 annually, depending on experienceWork Hours & BenefitsFull-time (40 hours per week)Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceFree basic life insuranceShort- and long-term disability coverage401(k) retirement planPaid holidaysPaid time offKey ObjectivesBuild, lead, and develop high-performing project teamsManage projects from planning through completionEnsure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budgetIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersResponsibilitiesManage project scope, timelines, and performance standardsProvide monthly financial reporting and projectionsCoordinate with general contractors and manage project schedulesImplement 30-, 90-, and 120-day labor look-ahead plansDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractorsAllocate resources effectively to maximize efficiencyCommunicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadershipRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experienceExperience in HVAC and plumbing constructionStrong ability to manage deadlines and budgetsProven experience working with multiple levels of managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with project scheduling softwareBackground in monthly financial forecastingExperience mentoring or coaching team membersOSHA 30 certificationAdditional RequirementsSelected candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
