This role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex client engagements across security, identity, infrastructure, and cloud platforms. This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, client management, and execution excellence, ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes while meeting Netwoven's quality, security, and financial standards.While the primary focus is security and infrastructure, this role frequently intersects with Microsoft 365, collaboration, and data platforms, especially where identity, compliance, governance, and secure collaboration outcomes are required. The Engagement Manager ensures seamless coordination across technical teams while serving as the trusted delivery point of contact for customers. This position is 100% remote.What You Will DoOwn end‑to‑end delivery of security and infrastructure engagements, from kickoff through closureServe as the primary delivery contact for customer stakeholders, including IT leadership, security teams, and business sponsorsEstablish trust with clients by proactively managing scope, risks, dependencies, and expectationsTranslate business objectives into structured delivery plans with clear milestones and outcomesLead engagements across areas such as:Cloud infrastructure (Azure / hybrid environments)Identity and access management (Entra ID, identity governance)Security, compliance, and risk managementSecure collaboration architectures involving Microsoft 365Drive disciplined project execution using Netwoven delivery standardsCoordinate architects, engineers, and partner teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget deliveryIdentify and resolve delivery risks early, escalating appropriately when neededOwn engagement financials including forecasting, billing accuracy, margin management, and change controlEnsure alignment between scope, effort, and revenue recognitionTrack and report engagement health using agreed‑upon KPIsSupport services leadership with forecasts, staffing plans, and utilization insightsWork closely with:Sales and pre‑sales teams for smooth handoff and scope validationSolution architects to align design intent with delivery executionPractice leaders to ensure consistency with Netwoven standards and offeringsProvide feedback into offerings, delivery playbooks, and reusable assets based on field experienceEnsure all engagements meet Netwoven's quality, security, and compliance standardsReinforce security‑by‑design principles across infrastructure and collaboration scenariosValidate that delivered solutions align with Microsoft best practices and customer governance requirementsRequirements8+ years of experience in IT consulting, delivery management, or technical program managementProven experience leading security and/or infrastructure engagements in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of:Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructureIdentity and access management conceptsSecurity, compliance, risk, and governance fundamentalsExperience delivering projects involving Microsoft 365, even if not collaboration‑centricStrong financial acumen for managing fixed‑price and time‑and‑materials engagementsExcellent communication skills—able to engage confidently with technical teams and executive stakeholdersExperience with Microsoft security platforms (e.g., Entra ID, Purview, Defender, Sentinel)Prior consulting experience in a Microsoft‑focused services firmFamiliarity with secure collaboration, data governance, or compliance‑driven workloadsPMP, Agile, or equivalent delivery certificationExperience working with distributed/global delivery teamsBenefits & CultureComprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance.401(k) and HSA options.Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysProfessional development opportunities and employee recognition programs.A fun, friendly, and supportive work environment committed to work-life balance.Netwoven is an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe believe inclusion and diversity create an environment for innovation, opportunity, and success.
