Software PublishersComputing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related ServicesWeb Search Portals, Libraries, Archives, and Other Information ServicesJunior CollegesBusiness Schools and Computer and Management TrainingRole - JIRA Cloud Admin Experience Required - 7+ YearsMust Have Technical/Functional Skills• Hands on experience with Atlassian suite of tools both from a configuration standpoint and customization aspect• Experience with building role based application management• Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications• Experience and/or familiarity with Code & Release Management tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket)• Compile and analyze development and operational bug reports• Install and upgrade Atlassian products• Application Deployment - Java, Standalone Custom Apps, COTS Products• Atlassian Plugin Development• High degree of familiarity with databases and SQL competence• Demonstrated experiences in Unix and Linux environmentRoles & Responsibilities• Will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of software from inception to production, working on a mixture of green and brown field projects, learning from, and contributing to peer group.• Will be applying your experience and earned acumen to guide the shape of our platform and help mentor and guide the team• Coordinate with primary JIRA Administrator to plan, schedule, implement, and communicate JIRA & plug-in upgrades in accordance with established policies and procedures• Monitor JIRA databases and copy data from PROD to TEST instance, when requested• Work with JIRA to enable custom workflows, screens, fields and dashboards• Train end users on JIRA features during project deployments and with ongoing support• Architect and administer JIRA deployment• Design, develop, and implement custom Jira solutions.• Configure Jira workflows, fields, screens, and permissions.• Integrate Jira with other tools and systems.• Develop and maintain Jira plugins and add-ons.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configurations.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.• Provide Jira training and support to end-users.• Ensure the Jira environment is secure, stable, and optimized.Good communication skillsBase Salary Range : $80,000 to $100,000 Per AnnumTCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
