Engineering Manager

Overview In this role you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction at a manufacturing site, driving engineering excellence and process optimization. You will partner with Operations to meet production goals while building capabilities across the organization. Expect to tackle complex engineering and production challenges, lead capital projects, and advance safety, quality, and efficiency. You will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement and mentor the engineering team.
