Our focus is creating longer-lasting, environmentally responsible roofing solutions that can withstand all weather conditions.About The RoleThis position coordinates, directs, plans, and controls activities of the maintenance department workers ensuring that tasks and jobs are completed within company standards.What You’ll Be DoingLead and oversee mechanical maintenance crews.Assign daily work orders and tasks based on priority, and support in scheduling/ planning.Audit completed jobs to ensure they are accurate and all documentation complete.Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations for the maintenance department.Review and approve job plans, spare parts, and resource requirements.Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and develop permanent solutions.Recommend improvements to extend equipment life and reduce breakdown.Provide Hands on support for pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, compressors and process equipment.Ensure team complies with inventory and tool check out processes.Train technicians on new equipment, procedures, and best practices.What We Are Looking ForPrevious leadership experience in an industrial setting.High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Four years of industrial maintenance experience is preferred.Ability to follow through with assigned tasks and meet deadlines under high pressure situations.Working with computer programs such as Excel and Microsoft Word to complete daily work logs.Strong communication skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary$47.84/hr - $50.96/hrRetirement Savings: Choose from 401(k) pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax savingsEmployee stock purchase planMedical, Dental, Disability, and Life InsuranceHolistic Health & Well-being programsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for health and dependent careVision and other Voluntary benefits and discountsPaid time off & paid holidaysPaid Parental Leave (maternity & paternity)#MALARKEYAmrize is an equal opportunity employer.
