Role Description This part-time, on-site Store Manager position is based in Riverhead, NY. The Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, including customer service, inventory management, sales strategy execution, and employee supervision. Responsibilities also include ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers, maintaining store appearance, achieving sales goals, and implementing company policies. The position requires leadership and the ability to foster a customer-focused environment within the store. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build relationships and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, customers, and upper management.Store Management experience, including supervising staff and overseeing day-to-day retail operations.Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention best practices to ensure asset protection and policy compliance.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide team members in achieving store goals.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in retail management are a plus.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
