SummaryJob DescriptionThe 10th floor receptionist/admin assistant operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate firm members and performs the following duties:Essential FunctionsDaily DutiesPrepares communications, memos and other correspondence to the firmCoordinates conference room schedulingSubmits office space maintenance requests to landlordCoordinates lunches for meetings and eventsCoordinates attorney Continuing Legal Education (CLE)Maintains electronic library resource materialsQualificationsPositive and friendly attitudeAttention to detail is essentialStrong organizational skillsFlexibility to move fluidly between dutiesStrong spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills are imperative for success in this roleHigh school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
