MIT(Manager in Training) General Manager - Lead a team, manage all team projects
Mentored by senior leaders, you’ll begin managing others, making strategic decisions, and preparing for multi-unit leadership.
Lead a team, own operations, and help scale the business. Our successful GMs and Managing Partners earn $200K+ annually.

Qualifications
3–5 years of sales and/or sales management experience preferred
Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, leading, and developing a direct sales team
Ability to lead in a high-pressure, fast-paced, results-driven environment
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use web-based and mobile applications
Experience with CRM systems preferred
Working Conditions and Travel Expectations
This role operates both indoors in an office environment and outdoors in the field
Requires heavy local travel and may include up to 70% travel, including extended stays away from home
Physical Requirements
Constant movement and use of limbs; requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
Ability to lift construction materials such as shingles and plywood
Ability to move heavy objects and maintain physical endurance over extended periods
Regularly ascend and descend ladders to inspect roofs
Responsibilities
Financial Responsibility - Manage revenue and expenses in order to maximize project profitability for their team.
Revenue Attainment - Meet or exceed sales goals through consistent sales activity, effective territory management, and strategic hiring.
Lead, Manage & Hold Accountable - Coach and develop team, set clear expectations, and hold team members accountable to results, including having difficult conversations when necessary.
Remarkable Experiences - Create a remarkable experience for customers and teammates in everything you do by setting clear expectations, maintaining strong communication, and delivering consistent results.
Ultimate Problem Resolution - Address and resolve all issues related to work quality, customer experience, and collections within your location.
