Our Spa Sales Guest Advisors constantly balance multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, polished, and welcoming guest experience.Success in this role requires the ability to confidently juggle:Greeting and assisting arriving guestsChecking guests in and outAnswering multiple phone linesScheduling and modifying appointmentsSelling memberships, upgrades, and retail productsCommunicating with service providers and team membersManaging guest requests and resolving concernsFolding laundry, stocking supplies, and completing light cleaning dutiesMaintaining the appearance of the reception and retail areasThe ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has impeccable time management skills, and can seamlessly switch between guest service, sales, and operational responsibilities without missing a beat.
