Coding Tutor - Part Time

Job description ***Eligible applicants must be available between Tuesday - Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and some Saturdays 10 am - 1 pm *** -You love working with kids and have the patience and know-how to relate to children ages 5+. -You value education/computer science and are eager to help students reach their full potential. -You love working in a fast-paced team environment with opportunities to grow and learn. -You are great at coding/programming/Minecraft and/or Roblox? **Must have reliable transportation and be on time for your shift.** This is a great position for: - A mature college student interested in working with kids, especially in the field of education - A Junior or Senior High Schooler - looking for a way to inspire kids in an educational environment. - A student looking for a few extra hours in the evenings. We are looking for a self-starter/go-getter kind of person. Someone who is outspoken and can learn things quickly. This is a fast-paced environment and you will need to be able to handle many things coming your way. You must have a presentable appearance and be able to relate to children and teens. You will be working with multiple children at a time, teaching how to code using a curriculum created by Code Ninjas. We train you on how to instruct each level correctly. It is a fast-paced environment and you need to be able to handle different learning abilities, ages, and personalities. You must have experience working with young children.
