We are committed to delivering high-quality projects that meet the unique needs of our clients.Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architect with a strong background in Hospitality Design to join our team. Candidate will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, develop detailed architectural plans, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.Key Responsibilities:Design Development: Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. This includes floor plans, elevations, sections, and other documents that communicate design intent and technical details.Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss their vision, needs, and requirements for building projects. Develop design concepts and proposals that align with their objectives.Project Management: Oversee the implementation of design projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.Construction Administration: Provide on-site supervision and support during the construction phase.
