About The RoleOperate collaborative robots within a production cell to complete assembly tasks with consistency and care. This is a hands‑on role built for doers—no prior robotics background required.Core responsibilitiesRun cobots and related equipment safely and efficientlyStage, load, and unload parts and materialsInitiate and monitor production cyclesCarry out basic assembly and quality verificationsRecognize issues and escalate to the appropriate teammateKeep the cell clean, orderly, and safeAdhere to standard work and achieve daily output goalsQualificationsConsistent attendance and dependable work habitsComfort with hands‑on work and learning new toolsFollows instructions and safety rules preciselyBasic computer/touchscreen proficiencyDetail‑oriented with a quality mindsetExperience in assembly, construction, manufacturing, or general labor is helpful but not requiredNo robot programming experience required; training providedWho thrives herePeople who enjoy practical, tool‑based workThose comfortable with game controllers, screens, or new techScheduleFirst shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Second shift: Four 10‑hour days per week; 20% shift premiumCompensation$17.00–$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
