In this role, you will focus on engaging with clients, reviewing their vehicle needs, and presenting purchasing options that improve their driving experience or monthly payment. Core ResponsibilitiesNew & Used Vehicle SalesAssist customers with upgrading into vehicles from our new Ford lineup and pre-owned inventoryCustomer Outreach & Follow-UpWork within our CRM to connect with customers who may need a new or replace current vehicle. Client Relationship ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to our existing clients and guide them through a smooth transition into their next vehicle. Performance & GrowthConsistently work toward monthly sales goals through strong customer relationships and effective communication.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForExperienced Automotive Sales Professional1-3 years of automotive sales experience preferred with a record of consistent performance. Strong CommunicatorAbility to build trust quickly and guide customers through the buying process in a professional and transparent manner. Organized & MotivatedComfortable managing follow-ups, appointments, and customer relationships. Technology FriendlyExperience using CRM systems or dealership software to track and manage customer interactions.
