SQL Developer

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SQL Developer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain databases and data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills and experience working with database development, performance tuning, ETL processes, and data integration.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.Design and maintain database tables, schemas, indexes, and relationships.Analyze and optimize SQL queries and database performance.Develop and maintain ETL processes for data integration and transformation.Troubleshoot database issues and resolve performance problems.Create data validation and quality checks.Work with developers, data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements.Develop and maintain database documentation.Perform data migration, transformation, and integration activities.Monitor database performance and identify opportunities for optimization.Implement database security, access controls, and permissions.Support production deployments and resolve database-related incidents.Participate in database design and architecture discussions.Required SkillsAdvanced SQL programming skills.Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Experience with stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and indexes.Strong understanding of database design and normalization.Experience with query optimization and performance tuning.Knowledge of ETL and data integration processes.Experience with database troubleshooting and production support.Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.Experience with Git or other version-control systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
