Backed by Insight Partners, ATINC and Y Combinator, we help leading credit funds, BDCs, and alternative asset managers run their core operations at scale.The RoleWe're looking for an Onboarding Manager to own enterprise implementations of our loan management system - at the core of how these funds operate - from contract signature through go-live. If you've worked as a loan administrator, loan operations manager, or LMS implementation specialist - and you know what it means to manage a live loan portfolio through its full lifecycle - this role was written with you in mind. This is your opportunity to take your loan operations expertise to the next level, at the intersection of private credit and modern financial technology.What You'll DoLead clients through onboarding: guide enterprise customers through a structured implementation combining system training, data migration, and configuration to deliver fast, measurable value from day oneSolve edge cases: when a customer's loan products or operational workflows don't map cleanly to Hypercore's current capabilities, you'll find the path forward working directly with Product and EngineeringOwn reconciliation: dive deep into loan-level numbers, identify mismatches between customer source data and Hypercore, and drive them to resolution with precisionManage stakeholders: run project timelines, communicate risks early, and keep senior stakeholders aligned across multi-month implementationsWhat We're Looking For3-6 years in commercial loan operations, loan administration, or LMS implementation - with at least one year of hands-on experience in private creditHands-on experience managing the full loan lifecycle - from loan booking to payoff, including draws, amendments, fee accruals, and servicing eventsPrior use of an enterprise LMS (Sentry PM, Allview, LoanIQ, Wall Street Office, or similar)Background in private credit, direct lending, or fund administration (Must)Sharp financial data skills - comfortable with complex reconciliations and loan-level discrepancy resolutionClear, confident communicator with senior stakeholdersA builder mindset with curiosity about AI - excited to explore how emerging technology can reshape financial operations and make your day-to-day work smarterCompensation$115k - $120k base salary per year, plus equity in a fast-growing fintech backed by Insight Partners, ATINC and Y Combinator.Benefits & PerksFull medical, dental, and vision plans to support you and your spouse's health and wellnessVacation policy and paid sick leave to support a healthy, sustainable work-life balanceDaily meal allowance and commuter benefits to make your workday more convenient and help cover your daily transportation costsIf you're passionate about private credit and ready to shape how the industry operates - we'd love to hear from you.
