Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Support compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards, including internal operating systems and ISO/IATF requirementsDemonstrate and promote company core values while working collaboratively within the teamAssist engineering and production teams in meeting key performance indicators related to safety, quality, and efficiencySupport lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and continuous improvement activitiesInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to understand machining processesAssist in estimating machining cycle times, tooling, and equipment needsCollaborate with manufacturing engineering, quality, and purchasing teams on process development and improvementsProvide general project and documentation support as neededEducationCurrently pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering fieldSkills & QualificationsBasic understanding or strong interest in CNC machining and manufacturing processesFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel; exposure to CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) is a plusAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong attention to detail and analytical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentEagerness to learn and take initiative in a hands-on setting
