Prospective Patient Advocate-Remote
Prospective Patient Advocates are remote inside phone sales representatives who serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients on their way to reclaim their health, smile, and confidence within our 100‑person inbound and outbound sales and service contact center, the Care Connection Team. This role combines consultative sales, empathy, and advocacy to guide patients toward a free consultation.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for prospective patients experiencing dental issues and wanting to learn more about our services.Support prospective patients by thoroughly explaining our services and how they differ from competitors or other alternatives.Listen empathetically and think critically to determine if our services are the right fit for each prospective patient’s unique situation.Work with prospective patients to schedule a free consultation and prepare them for a successful evaluation.Spend the majority of your time on the phone—handling inbound calls from prospective patients and making outbound calls to existing leads who have already expressed interest (no cold‑calling).Exhibit empathy, compassion, and conviction when speaking with prospective patients to positively impact their lives.Show confidence and expertise while overcoming objections.Meet or exceed set KPIs by understanding how to impact results and seeking coaching for continual improvement.Act as an ambassador to the ClearChoice Core Values—Compassion, Conviction, Teamwork, Integrity, Trust, Impact, and Passion for Learning—at all times.QualificationsBilingual Spanish‑English candidates.1‑2years of consultative sales experience (overcoming objections, open‑ended questions, active listening, building value).1+year of experience in a role requiring a high level of empathy.6months to 1year of previous remote work experience with intermediate‑to‑advanced computer skills.1+year of call‑center or related high‑volume inbound/outbound experience.Experience using scripts or call flows.Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, teamwork, flexibility, empathy, connection.Confident approach with ability to quickly build rapport while maintaining control of conversations.Goal‑oriented and performance‑driven.Comfortable seeking and receiving coaching and guidance.Excellent verbal and written communication.Self‑motivation, drive, and initiative.Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.Experience with Salesforce and G‑suite is a plus.Schedule flexibility to work within business hours: Monday‑Thursday 4:30am‑9:00pm MST, Friday 4:30am‑8:00pm MST, Saturday & Sunday 8:00am‑4:30pm MST.Remote Requirements• Ability to multitask through computer programs and systems comfortably in a remote office setting with dual monitors.• Proficient computer‑problem‑solving skills and setup.• Secure, reliable, and dedicated high‑speed internet (an internet‑speed screenshot may be requested).• Dedicated and private home workspace with minimal distractions and no visibility to your computer screen.• Remote positions available for candidates located in AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WY.Compensation & BenefitsBase pay: $17.50 to $21.00/hour (equivalent to $36,000–$44,000 annually on average).Uncapped monthly bonus program (15%–40% of base).Weekend pay differential: $1.50/hour.Medical, dental, and vision benefits.Options for Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.401K investment plan with employer match after 12months.Paid holidays and paid time off/vacation.Thorough and intensive new‑hire paid training program with ongoing coaching.
