You’ll be actively sourcing candidates, conducting initial screens, and helping move candidates through the hiring process.You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify talent, build pipelines, and keep hiring moving. You’ll also get exposure to how we balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.It’s a good fit for someone who’s comfortable reaching out to people, asking questions, and making decisions. You won’t just be observing, you’ll be directly contributing to hiring outcomes.In This Role, You WillSource candidates using job boards, internal tools, and outreach methodsReview resumes and identify candidates that match role requirementsConduct initial phone screens to assess fit, interest, and basic qualificationsSchedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managersManage candidate flow in the ATS and keep records accurate and up to dateCommunicate with candidates throughout the process to keep them engagedHelp build and maintain pipelines for high-priority and recurring rolesSupport hiring events, job fairs, and onsite interview daysTrack recruiting activity and help report on pipeline progressPartner with the TA team on process improvements and recruiting projectsYou’ll BringCurrently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related fieldInterest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales-type environmentsComfortable reaching out to candidates and having conversationsStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organizedAbility to assess information and make basic screening decisionsGood communication skills, both written and verbalWillingness to learn quickly and take ownership of workTeam-oriented and dependableNice To HaveExperience with sourcing, outreach, or customer-facing rolesFamiliarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruiting platformsExposure to interviewing or screening candidatesExperience using Excel or tracking toolsInterest in manufacturing or operations environmentsWhere You’ll WorkThis is an onsite role based out of our Gorham, Maine location.
