Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Social Worker Locations:Monterey, CA Duration: 13 Weeks with extension Shifts: 8 hour days - M-F - Weekends on rare occasion, if patient/family need Pay: $3,000/week Responsibilities Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients across various care settings. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient-centered care and discharge planning. Provide crisis intervention, behavioral health support, and emotional counseling to patients and families. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
