Your role involves providing exceptional user support, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Oracle Primavera Unifier and any other specified products. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and maintain high-quality standards and drive process improvements. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide techno-functional support and user administration for Oracle Primavera Unifier and any other specified productsTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues, taking ownership of ticket resolution, including follow-ups and communicationsConfigure and modify custom business processes, workflow setups, templates, and user-attribute formsTranslate business functional requirements into technical specificationsOwn, maintain and improve knowledge base documentation, including instructions for addressing frequently occurring support issuesLead customer communication and customer meetings for support (verbal and written)Review, maintain, and support existing processes to ensure data quality and continual improvementCoordinate with Oracle to address and resolve any identified bugsBuild reports to support business analysis and user inquiriesPrepare technical documents on processes, including support instructions for frequently occurring issuesProvide excellent customer service and support, ensuring user satisfaction and effective communicationQualifications/RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required4-5 years of experience in a techno-functional support role with Oracle Primavera UnifierExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience translating business requirements into technical specificationsExperience with stakeholder management and communicating with clear, timely updatesStrong cross-functional coordination skills to align with higher level technical teams to ensure resolution in timely manerProficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlinesAdditional Requirements / Skills / Working HoursExperience supporting other PMIS applications is a plusExperience with integration development and middleware products is a plusAbility to speak multiple languages is a plusFlexible working hours may be required to support global teamsIf you're passionate about customer support we'd love to hear from you.
