People who act with unwavering integrity and are deeply committed to making a tangible impact.Purpose & ScopeThis position supports antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) research in oncology by contributing to multiple discovery programs while managing and developing a team of scientists. Reporting to the Head of Innate Immunity & Cancer Cell Death Biology, the People Manager will balance project support with people management to enhance the quality and efficiency of ADC research.
