Collision Center Estimator – Auto DealershipAccuracy. Honesty. Attention to detail. As our collision center estimator, you will work with some of the best collision center managers in the business to ensure that repairs are estimated properly and delivered as promised. Our goal is to always exceed expectations, and we need estimators who feel the same way.Prior experience as an estimator or in a customer service role is preferred.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare honest, accurate and complete damage estimates for customersInspect damaged vehicles thoroughly using standard written proceduresEstimate repair costs and the anticipated time needed to complete themMonitor repairs as they are made and track costs, labor and materialsEnsure that all work meets quality standardsProvide exceptional customer service and follow-upCoordinate and communicate actions within the dealership and the collision centerQualifications And Professional AttributesDemonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customersA people-focused mindset and a passion for providing great customer serviceProficiency with multiline phone systems and computersAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethicMust be able to communicate clearly and effectively in EnglishEducation And/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GEDCustomer service experience is a plusCompensationCompensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.BenefitsWe strive for a superior customer experience and believe our Associates should have the same superior experience.
