Sales Representative (Amwaste of Georgia)Amwaste is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Rep will sell the large roll off dumpsters for construction and industrial sites. They will work to increase the company's customer base in the Macon, GA Markets while maintaining existing customer relationships. They will also be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients and translating our waste solutions into business opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop new Rolloff and other Commercial Business by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential customers.Reach sales targets through account management, lead generation, and closing dealsFocus on building an understanding of customer needs and providing waste solutions that offer value to the customerUse Management Reports to manage and track pipeline, forecasting, and customer informationDevelop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products and servicesPlan and execute customer visits, presentations, and proposalsDevelop and maintain relationships with existing customersCollaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experienceAttend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to stay up to date with industry trends and meet potential clientsContinuously improve sales skills through training and keeping up to date on industry advancementsThis position will receive a base salary plus commission.If you are a highly motivated individual passionate about sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with our growing waste company.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or MarketingExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office
