We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow market presence across San Francisco. This is a hybrid, territory-based role for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships face-to-face, and turning strong conversations into closed business.When you are not meeting with prospects in person, you will work from home managing follow-up, pipeline activity, and next steps. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and can balance field activity with strong sales execution.Your RoleAs an Outside Sales Representative, you will own and grow a defined San Francisco territory through in-person sales activity and consistent follow-through. You will connect with construction and design professionals, understand their business needs, and position the platform as a valuable solution.Success in this role requires strong communication, effective territory management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a defined San Francisco territory through in-person sales activityBuild relationships with construction and design professionalsManage the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through closeMaintain strong territory coverage and organize field time effectivelyKeep momentum on active opportunities through consistent follow-upRepresent the company with professionalism, energy, and a consultative approachProspect and generate new business through outbound effortsMaintain strong pipeline management and account follow-throughQualifications1-2+ years of outside (field) sales experience requiredProven ability to build and manage a pipeline of self-generated leadsComfortable spending significant time in the field meeting prospectsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCoachable, adaptable, and open to feedbackSelf-directed, organized, and capable of managing a territory independentlyDemonstrated success in outside sales and account managementCompensation & BenefitsFull-time, W-2 employmentBase Salary: $75,000 annuallyOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $142,440 based on performanceWhy This OpportunityThis is an opportunity to join a growing organization that supports construction and design professionals with modern business tools and technology.
