Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and plant facilities.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues.Assist in installation, setup, and calibration of new or repaired equipment.Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.Maintain accurate maintenance records, including service logs and parts inventory.Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime. What You'll NeedStrong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.Basic computer skills for work orders, maintenance tracking, and reporting.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulatory standards.1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience with automated or computerized manufacturing equipment preferredMust have a valid driver's license Your EducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredVocational Degree PreferredWe are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
