You will partner with our business and engineering teams to deliver leading technology that supports our revenue integrity business unit. Duties include analyzing data to find opportunities, developing a roadmap, delivering outcomes, and presenting to senior leaders.The Role:Product Management:Own a process optimization workstream from end to end: idea generation, design, development, testing, and tracking success metrics.Partner with stakeholders in our complex claims division to understand and map out workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and prioritize top opportunities.Translate user and stakeholder needs into functional requirements for product features that are clearly understood by development teams.Collaborate with users to understand and anticipate their needs.Prioritize and maintain the backlog for assigned products, based on changing requirements and in line with organization's vision and goals.Work Optimization Deliverables:Use data and workflow mapping to identify and estimate impact of opportunitiesCreate and maintain a roadmap for work optimization deliverables with success KPIs and identified value delivery.Own and be accountable for reducing manual work for users.Team Collaboration: Act as liaison between optimization resources and value stream owners (i.e., complex claim product managers) to ensure backlog alignment and mitigate impedimentsCommunicate effectively with team members to achieve product goals and provide constant feedback.Rapidly test new ideas to validate or disprove hypothesesYou’ll be successful if you have:2+ years of experience as either a Product Manager or Product OwnerExperience with and a strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle.Expertise in creating workflow mapping, including flows, time studies, and recommendationsExperience working with bots and APIsThe ability to work with cross-functional teams productivity is required.
