Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentRecruit, train, and motivate front- and back-of-house staff.Foster a positive, high-energy workplace culture consistent with our beach and Maryland-style hospitality.Manage schedules, labor costs, and employee performance reviews.Operations ManagementOversee daily service, inventory control, ordering, and cash management.Ensure all food, beverage, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.Guest ExperienceEnsure every guest receives a top-tier dining experience—from the first greeting to the final Crush.Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.Promote a welcoming, beach-casual vibe that reflects the restaurant’s brand.Financial & Business ManagementMonitor and analyze P&L statements to meet or exceed revenue and cost targets.Manage budgets and vendor relationships.Collaborate with ownership on promotions, events, and local partnerships.Brand & Community EngagementRepresent the restaurant in the community and online with a professional, upbeat presence.Work with marketing to promote specials, seasonal events, and brand initiatives.3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or coastal dining concept.Strong leadership and people-management skills.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of seafood and craft cocktail/beverage programs preferred.ServSafe and Responsible Vendor certifications (or willingness to obtain).
