Cleaning Specialist

The job will consist of cleaning an office twice a month. Days that it can be cleaned are flexible with your schedule but must be cleaned the same days twice a month. This job requires travel so you must have reliable transportation. You will be traveling from job site to job site in sanford. Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check. This will be good for someone looking to supplement their income. Your must be able to perform the following duties: Sweep, mop and vacuum Dust and polish all shelves and file cabinets Dust all vents Dust wall art, dust behind televisions, dust computer monitors front and back Sanitize all phones Clean and disinfect restrooms Clean glass doors, interior windows and mirrors Empty and discard all trash bin liners and replace liners Wipe down outside of refrigerators Wipe down inside and outside of microwaves Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to work at a fast pace Clean window sills and baseboards Clean cabinet interior and exterior Disinfect light switches, door knobs and all high touch surfaces Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 2 per week Benefits: Professional development assistance Referral program Schedule: Afternoon shift Evening shift Morning shift Rotating weekends Weekends only Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
