Project Controls Manager

Key Responsibilities Cost Management / Forecasting/ Doc Control Perform monthly project cost reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Manage Purchase Requisition/ PO / invoicing process for all Project vendors in conjunction with Supply Chain & APEvaluate cost and schedule impacts of change orders and contractor claims to ensure alignment with Contract requirements and approved capital budgets.Maintain change order logs for EPC/ OEM vendorsCompile accruals to support month end close, including tracking of retentionContingency tracking and analysisParticipate in Project Set up (WBS/ work orders) and project close out processesLead project change control processes to establish new cost baselines, as requiredMaintenance of appropriate records within the Project sharepoint site - including tracking of Contractor SubmittalsUpdate established Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies to measure project performance. Project Planning & Scheduling Track schedule performance and forecast potential delays or schedule risks.Critical path analysis to support analysis & management reportingExperience with Primavera P6 preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience (8 years) in lieu of a degree5 years minimum experience in capital project management and/or project controls, preferably in power generationExperience with large scale capital projects in project controls is desiredExperience with contract agreements including EPC/ OEM contractsSAP & Primavera6 experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP), scheduling software and advanced excel ...
