Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs. Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across diverse teams. Monitor project health, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks. Partner with various business functions including operations, finance, product, and engineering to align priorities and drive execution. Manage project intake and support the prioritization of new requests.What You'll Need 8+ years of experience in program or project management. Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentations.
