Sales Process Improvement Analyst

Sales Process Improvement AnalystThe Sales Process Improvement Analyst role will focus upon Sales Operations process and systems improvement, from the creation of a Lead, through Opportunity management and Quote creation, to Order submission. This role is responsible to identify, prioritize, develop, execute, and sustain effective system enhancements and process improvements that drive efficient sales and order entry functionality. This role also includes required process documentation, training material generation, and limited operational issue resolution.
This role will ensure that the systems are designed and operated in alignment with key initiatives across the organization and are efficient for interaction by field sales, sales management, application engineers, order coordinators, and other internal sales operation functions.
Responsibilities:
Work with cross-functional teams to map current state processes, and determine process improvements.
Work with IT teams to automate future state processes in CRM, CPQ, ERP and other systems to improve the system experience and performance.
Improve process monitoring and control systems.
Develop "standard work instructions" for each Sales Operations area.
Organize and schedule people and tasks; Use goals to guide actions and create detailed action plans; manage multiple projects.
Lead project teams to achieve and sustain improvement benefits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or Business) required.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Order Processing, Sales, Process Improvement and / or System Administrator roles (preferred).
Experiences with CRM, CPQ and / or ERP systems (preferred).
Ability to identify root cause of problems and creatively problem solve.
Strong written and oral communication / presentations skills.
