Receiving Clerk

Job Description Pay: $18.00 per hour Job description: Position Title: Receiving Clerk Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, Saturdays as needed Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is English-speaking, comfortable working with computers, dependable with attendance, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities * Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damages * Verify packing slips, invoices, and shipment contents * Enter shipment and inventory information into computer systems * Organize and label products in designated storage areas * Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal departments as needed * Maintain clean and organized receiving areas * Assist with inventory counts and stock control * Follow company safety procedures and workplace policies * Perform additional warehouse or clerical duties as assigned Qualifications * English speaking required * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software * Dependable attendance and punctuality * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Good communication and organizational skills * Previous receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred but not required Work Schedule * Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM * Saturdays as needed Company Description Labor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
