We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team in Wilson, North Carolina.SUMMARY: We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the management, performance, and successful completion of exciting commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.RESPONSIBILITIES (including But Not Limited To)Oversee the management, performance, and successful completion of assigned projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsMonitor and control all project documentation, schedules, estimates, and job processing responsibilitiesManage financial performance of projects, including profit/loss, pay requests, and job productivity reportingDirect and review project estimating, bidding, design/build, and change order processes, ensuring accuracy and complianceOversee material procurement, approvals, submittals, and subcontractor coordination to support project schedulesIdentify and resolve project-related technical, engineering, and field challenges in collaboration with owners and stakeholdersLead and supervise project teams, including scheduling, training, labor management, and jobsite safetyEnsure efficient and economical execution of work, including monitoring fleet usage and resource allocationPrepare and present job status updates, post-job reports, and other project documentation to managementPosition RequirementsLicenses & CertificationsMust possess a current state driver's licenseApplicable federal, state, and local certifications as required by job conditions or by the companyEducationHigh School Graduate, GED, or equivalent Watson trainingElectrical license preferred, but not requiredOther RequirementsAbility to work night shifts, and out-of-town jobs if neededSitting and standing for extended periods, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending and lifting (up to 40lbs.)Ability to visit and walk throughout jobsitesSkills & AbilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information to field team, owners, and subcontractorsActive listener who asks thoughtful follow-up questions and keeps conversations focused and productiveConfident, professional demeanor that inspires trust and collaborationHigh-energy, positive, and goal-oriented with a strong drive for achievement and continuous self-improvementTeam player with the ability to build relationships, accept feedback, and work effectively under managementHonest, dependable, and professional in both conduct and communicationExcellent organizational and time management skills; thorough in gathering information and completing paperwork accurately and on timeBenefitsCompetitive CompensationHealth Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) — multiple plans availableComprehensive Mental Health Resources401(k) Including Company MatchHealth Savings Account & Flexible Spending Account — plans available to help you pay for expenses group insurance doesn’t coverDisability & Life InsurancePTO & Paid Company HolidaysEmployee Referral ProgramMandatory Hiring Requirements: Resume, References, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing
