Project Manager

Studio1+ is an architectural firm located in Orlando, Florida that specializes in commercial and residential design projects. Our projects range from ground up new design, additions, and remodels. Our clients include the Central Florida theme parks, Airports, custom home builders, and private developers. Our projects are located throughout the State of Florida. We are looking to hire an architectural designer with a minimum of 7 years of Revit and AutoCAD experience who is interested in working on all aspects of a projects development. You'll be responsible for site walks, developing concepts, and putting together permit drawings. You'll be mentored by a senior architect throughout the entire process. This position requires direct interaction with clients, managing internal drafting team, peer reviewing production drawings, doing production work, documenting and publishing meeting minutes, construction administration services such as RFI's, submittals, and site walks. Position also requires individuals to work on multiple projects. This is a great position for individuals who are looking to get experience in all aspects of a project with a small firm. The job is a work from home position but candidates must be located in the Orlando area and will be required to perform site walks, attending meetings, etc. Candidates shall be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
