Management of Companies and EnterprisesBusiness Schools and Computer and Management TrainingComputing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related ServicesManagement, Scientific, and Technical Consulting ServicesAdministration of Economic ProgramsWe are seeking a Procurement & Construction Counsel with 5-10 years of experience to join the team, supporting large-scale digital infrastructure and data center projects.This role offers hands-on negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to complex, high-value infrastructure development.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate procurement, EPC, design-build, construction management, and engineering agreements.Partner with procurement, construction, engineering, real estate, finance, and operations teams on active projects.Lead negotiations with vendors, OEMs, contractors, subcontractors, and engineering partners.Advise on risk allocation, performance, scheduling, claims, and change management throughout project lifecycles.Manage outside counsel and improve templates, playbooks, and contracting processes for efficient execution.Qualifications5 - 10 years of legal experience in construction, procurement, infrastructure, or complex capital projects.Strong experience negotiating equipment procurement and/or construction-related agreements.In-depth knowledge of EPC, design-build, construction management, and engineering services contracts.Proven ability to manage outside counsel and deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.JD from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing.Compensation & BenefitsOpportunity to work on mission-critical, large-scale infrastructure projects.High level of responsibility with direct involvement in key negotiations and project execution.Collaborative environment with experienced leadership and cross-functional teams.Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth business operations and strategic decision-making.Ability to shape legal frameworks, processes, and contracting strategies in a scaling organization.
