Job Description Salary: NegStaigles Steakhouse, Wiggins MS is looking for SERVERS!!!!!Responsibilities:- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests- Process payments using POS system (Toast POS)- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery- Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next guestQualifications:- Previous experience in the food industry preferred- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service- Familiarity with POS systems, for order processing and payment handling- Knowledge of reservation systems- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailWe offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
