Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Customer Service Representative located in Greenwood, IN, with opportunities for partial remote work. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving concerns. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs, maintaining positive customer relationships, and assisting in improving the overall customer experience, both independently and as part of a team.
