Role DescriptionThe Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to Daniel Theobald and several of his startups in the technology industry.Details$20-$45 hourly DOE​Full-time, Monday-FridayApplicants must be comfortable commuting to our location in San Gregorio, CA, a minimum of 3 days a week.ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangementsCoordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action itemsScreen calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or route as appropriatePrepare reports, presentations, and briefing materialsHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretionSupport project management and track deadlines and deliverablesOrganize events, conferences, and executive-level meetingsAssist with budget tracking and expense reportsAnticipate executive needs and proactively solve problemsPersonal assistant duties as needed
