This role supports molding operations through machine setup, troubleshooting, and process control in a manufacturing environment.Job Duties:Complete startup of molding processes and provide first article to quality for approvalProgram robots and perform calibration of color loadersPerform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for all molding-related equipmentSet up and process hydraulic and electric molding machinesTroubleshoot molding issues and make authorized process adjustmentsMaintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policiesContribute to team objectives and support production needs as requiredAttend training to stay current with industry standardsPerform other duties or special projects as assignedQualifications :3+ years of experience in plastics injection moldingExperience with hydraulic and electric molding machinesStrong troubleshooting ability in a manufacturing environmentQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
