This role oversees daily operations, clinical performance, staffing, and compliance across multiple facilities aligning with Rendevor's mission and G.R.E.A.T values. The Area Manager serves as the primary liaison between Rendevor leadership, clinical teams, and partner facilities – driving outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across assigned area.Minimum Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare related field preferred.Ability to travel frequently and adjust schedule as needed.CPR – AHA BLS certificationExperience:5+ years of dialysis experience with at least 2 years in a nursing leadership or supervisory capacity.Prior experience managing dialysis services in the post-acute or skilled nursing setting strongly preferred.Demonstrated success implementing new clinical programs or service lines.Skills & Abilities:Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary clinical teams.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.In-depth understanding of CMS, AAMI, OSHA, CDC, and state regulatory requirements for ESRD and SNF dialysis programs.Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective action plansDemonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations and support geographically dispersed teams.Metrics:Clinical quality outcomes above national benchmarks.Client satisfaction and retention.Employee engagement and retention.Operational performance and gross margin within assigned area.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight for clinical staff across assigned post-acute dialysis programsPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementEnsure adequate staffing coverage across all facilities, coordinating PRN and full-time resources; provide direct clinical support only when contingency plans failProvide patient care when needed to ensure continuity of care for all Rendevor Dialysis patientsWork directly with Clinical Services to establish a clinical compliance and quality culture as a strategic, competitive advantageIdentify critical risk areas and work with Clinical Services to mitigate risk through education, training, policy development, and audit monitoring systemsMaintain oversight of all clinical audits. Audits include but are not limited to infection control, water, contract compliance, regulatory compliance, teammate files, patient filesLead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities; monitor metrics, identify trends, implement corrective action plans, and monitor outcomesConduct monthly clinical audits of patient charts, infection control practices, water logs, and treatment documentation to ensure compliance with CMS Conditions for Coverage and state ESRD regulations. Including water logs, AAMI testing, disinfection records, and clinical documentation for complianceSupport recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing staff. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations, with a focus on performance improvement and professional growth plansEnsure all dialysis care delivered within assigned facilities meets Rendevor's quality standards and regulatory requirementsPartner with nephrologists and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes and care transitionsLead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities; monitor metrics, identify trends, implement corrective actions, and monitor outcomesFacilitate ongoing staff training and competency validation in collaboration with the Clinical Quality & Compliance DepartmentServe as primary clinical and operational point of contact for client facility leadership.Ensure service excellence, proactive communication, and resolution of issues impacting patient care or client satisfactionSupport contract adherence and identify opportunities for service improvement or expansion within existing accountsExecute company initiatives and new facility launches in coordination with Operations, Supply Chain, Biomedical, and IT teamsSupport workflow standardization, process efficiency, and compliance with documentation and billing requirementsCollaborate with finance and billing teams to ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation supporting compliant claims submissionMonitor adherence to all federal, state, and company policies governing dialysis operations while upholding ethical standards consistent with Rendevor Dialysis' Code of Conduct and regulatory expectationsIdentify and address potential compliance risks through proactive education, process review, and corrective actionsParticipate in investigations, audits, and remediation plans as requiredParticipate in interdisciplinary and corporate committees as assignedPerform other duties as assigned to support Rendevor's mission and operational goalsContribute to policy development, standardization, and best practice implementationCheck email daily and respond appropriately and timely; uses company-provided email for all work-related email communicationsSupervision:Reports to the National Director of Post-Acute OperationsWork Environment:This job operates both remotely and in clinical dialysis environments within skilled nursing facilities.
