In this role, the individual serves as a key partner to Wealth Management Solutions leadership, particularly the Wealth Management Platforms team, by driving organic growth initiatives, enhancing advisor and client adoption, and supporting the marketing and promotion of Osaic’s cash and lending solutions. This position focuses on identifying growth opportunities within Osaic’s existing ecosystem, developing performance measurement frameworks, and translating data into clear recommendations that inform strategic decision‑making.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate efforts to promote Osaic’s client and advisor lending solutions across supported platforms, including advisor education and internal advocacyDevelop, maintain, and enhance reporting and performance metrics for lending solutions, cash management accounts, and other strategic programs as neededIdentify new growth opportunities within Osaic’s ecosystem and participate in due diligence, evaluation, and onboarding of new partners, products, or solutionsPartner with internal departments to support go‑to‑market strategies, advisor communications, presentations, and promotional materials tied to growth initiativesDetermine the most effective methodologies for data analysis and independently solve complex, ambiguous business problemsAssist with the implementation and optimization of new tools, platforms, systems, and reporting capabilities related to lending and cash solutionsSupport strategic planning efforts by producing scenario analysis, financial modeling, and business cases for key initiativesDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance scalability, and automate reporting or operational workflowsCollaborate cross‑functionally with teams including Operations, Technology, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment and executionServe as a subject‑matter resource for internal stakeholders on lending‑related growth initiatives and platform capabilitiesPerform other duties and projects assigned in support of organizational prioritiesEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree required, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.Basic RequirementsMinimum of 4 years’ experience in financial services, wealth management, platform strategy or a related disciplineBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related fieldTeam player with a customer service mentalityHighly motivated with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environmentSelf-starter who will anticipate challenges and work proactively to resolve issuesStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authorityProficiency in the use of business applications such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,Strong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working within an entrepreneurial, “roll-up your sleeves” environmentDemonstrated professionalism, discretion, and alignment with Osaic’s values and client‑first culturePreferred RequirementsPrior financial services industry experience preferred (wealth management, investment management, broker-dealer, banking, RIA, specialty finance)Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to consolidate and segment large amounts of data and distilling that into actionable intelligenceExperience working directly with financial advisors and a strong understanding of the financial needs of clientsExperience with industry leading wealth management tools and platformsEqual Opportunity EmployerOsaic is an equal opportunity employer.
