This role is essential in managing restoration projects and facilitating insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration, insurance claims management, and construction estimating, with experience across both commercial and residential projects.Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee restoration projects from start to finish. - Collaborate with clients and insurance companies to facilitate claims processes. - Prepare accurate claims estimates using various software platforms. - Conduct site assessments and evaluations to determine the scope of work. - Maintain communication with all stakeholders to ensure project success.Qualifications: - Experience in restoration, insurance claims management, claims estimating, and construction management is required. - Proficiency in software platforms such as: - Xactimate (required) - Simbility (helpful) - Core Logic (helpful) - MICA (helpful) - A.C.T.S. (helpful) - Both commercial and residential experience is preferred.Additional Information: - No formal degree is necessary, but relevant experience and certifications will be advantageous.
