As a Finish Carpenter, you'll be responsible for the installation and finishing of trim work, moldings, doors. We're seeking an individual with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail who takes pride in creating beautiful, high-quality finishes for both residential and commercial projects.Responsibilities:Install and finish baseboards, crown molding, doors and trimMeasure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to meet project specificationsNon structural framingRead and interpret drawings and project specificationsMaintain clean and safe job sites, and adhere to all safety protocolsWork closely with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completionRepair or replace damaged trim and woodwork when neededDrywall installation/rough carpentry when neededDemolition when needed Requirements 2+ years of proven experience as a Finish CarpenterStrong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools and materialsAbility to read and interpret drawings and project specificationsPrecision in measuring, cutting, and fitting materialsStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanshipProficient in the use of hand tools and power toolsPhysical stamina and ability to work in varying conditionsClean driving record/ability to drive company vehicleAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience working in residential remodeling
