Proof of the Pudding, an award-winning hospitality company recognized for delivering elevated culinary experiences across the Southeast, is seeking an experienced Utility team member to assist with operations for Mississippi State University Athletics. Key Responsibilities: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensilsCleaning kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and workstationsTaking out trash and recyclingFollowing food safety and sanitation standards Receiving and putting away deliveriesStocking food, paper goods, and suppliesKeeping storage areas organized and labeled Assisting with basic food prep (washing produce, portioning items)Restocking line items during serviceSupporting cooks or prep staff as neededSetting up or breaking down service areas Helping bus tables or reset dining areasAssisting front-of-house staff during peak times Qualifications: Ability to fill in where needed (dishroom, kitchen, storage, or service areas)Flexibility with assist with opening/closing tasks Reporting maintenance or safety issues Flexible and willing to help wherever neededPhysically able to stand, lift, and move throughout the shiftDependable and team-orientedAble to work in a fast-paced environment Work EnvironmentThis position primarily works in the kitchen, utilizing standard kitchen equipment such as knives, mixers, ovens, and hot pans. The role requires frequent movement in and out of coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas while navigating various types of flooring. Uniform RequirementsAdherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines. Non-slip shoes are necessary. Physical Demands:Prolonged periods of moving through an event space, and traveling throughout the stadium Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
