The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a team, maintain high cleanliness standards, and ensure all facilities are properly maintained.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of 7+ custodial staff membersCoordinate and oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure quality standards are metPerform routine inspections of facilities on a weekly basisTrain staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment useMonitor inventory and request supplies as neededAddress and resolve issues proactively to maintain a clean and safe environmentAssist with cleaning duties as needed, including floor care and general maintenance Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2+ years supervisory experience in custodial or janitorial services (managing 7 or more employees)Strong floor care experience (stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet extraction, etc.)Bilingual: English and Spanish requiredProven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a teamStrong problem-solving skills and proactive work ethicAbility to perform and document regular cleaning inspections Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a school or institutional environmentKnowledge of OSHA safety standards and cleaning best practices Additional Requirements:Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyMust be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as requiredAdditional Information / BenefitsBenefits: Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid HolidaysThis job reports to the District ManagerThis is a Full-Time position2nd Shift, 4pm to 12am.
