*Position Overview:* The *Tool Maker II* will set up, operate, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot semi-automated Four-Slide and Multi-Slide equipment while supporting the complete tooling process. The position is responsible for building, repairing, modifying, testing, and maintaining stamping and forming dies used in the manufacture of springs and wire forms. The successful candidate will combine strong tool-and-die expertise with precision machining, mechanical troubleshooting, and hands-on production support. *Qualifications & Requirements:* · *3–5 years of Four-Slide or Multi-Slide experience.* · Hands-on experience building, repairing, and maintaining stamping and forming dies. · Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot mechanical production equipment. · Knowledge of CNC programming. · Ability to work consistently to close tolerances. · Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. · Experience using precision measuring equipment including: o Micrometers o Calipers o Gauge blocks o Dial indicators o Height gauges o Plug gauges o Optical comparators · Experience with conventional or CNC lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses.
