Lead Skills Trainer/Youth Mentor
About Your RoleThe Lead Skills Trainer/Youth Mentor position is responsible for onboarding and direct supervision of Skills Trainers and Youth Mentors in the applicable region. The Lead will occasionally provide Skills Training or Youth Mentoring services to youth referred by DHS. Leads provide regional based oversight of referral procurement and assignment and establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with key regional stakeholders and partners.
